Study On Product Design Change Management Of LLF Company Based On PLM

In recent years,with the rapid development of our economy and the improvement of people's consumption level,people demand for the product showed a trend of diversification,and how to deal with the diversified market demand and shorten the product listing cycle is the key to the success of the enterprise.There are a variety of uncertainties when exploit and design product.Such as market changes,customer demand changes and product quality problems,it is inevitable to change the product design data.The design change of product involves many departments in the enterprise,even involve the cooperative enterprises.Therefore,the design change of product becomes an important business in the production and management activities of the manufacturing enterprise.Through reading a lot of domestic and foreign literature,this paper reviews the status of design change and PLM.Based on the existing theories,in-depth analysis the design change of product management of LLF enterprise,and summarized the main problems:(1)The design change process is not transparent,the period is too long,the operation is hard;(2)The means of information management of design change is too backward.To solve the above two problems,combined with the three elements of design change(change process,personnel organization,data management),firstly optimized the design change process,using petri network model respectively to analyze the design change request and implementation process,get the incidence matrix.Invariants analysis and association matrix recombination analysis were used to analysis the relationship between conflict and synchronization of every subnet,and the optimized process is obtained;Secondly,studied the management of the design change based on PLM system,the five functional requirements of PLM system are summarized,according to the functional requirements put forward the overall function framework of PLM system,and puts forward the measures to guarantee the smooth realization of the PLM system;Finally,summarized the above research contents.By optimizing the design change process and implementation of PLM system,in an efficient and right way to correct errors in the process of product design,and reduce the cost and errors,so as to realize shorten design change of product cycle,improve product design change management control consciousness,to enhance the efficiency of the design change.
