In recent years,as the pulse power system develops toward the direction of miniaturization and high frequency operation,the pulse power technology has become a research hotspot.There are both DC current and pulse current in the pulse power supply system.Whether it is to ensure the safe and reliable operation of electrical equipment,or for electrical equipment over-voltage and over-current protection,it is necessary to accurately and reliably detect the current in the system.In this paper,the DC current and pulse current detection were designed to achieve the measurement of the two forms of current.Then,a method of compensating pulse current calibration is proposed.Specific work is as follows:1.According to the detection requirements of DC current under the high temperature working condition in pulse power system,the bi-directionally saturated flux-gate current sensor is selected for the measurement of DC current.The basic principle of bi-directionally saturated flux-gate and the improved method of detecting small current based on the principle are analyzed.The correctness and feasibility of this method are verified by simulation analysis and experimental results.2.For the measurement of high-frequency pulse current in the pulse power system,this paper selects the Rogowski with magnetic core current sensor.Two working states of Rogowski current sensor are studied: self-integration state and external-integration state.The principle of magnetic core selection and working frequency of Rogowski current sensor under different working states are analyzed.The self-integral and external integral detection of pulse current were verified by simulation and experiment respectively.3.This paper analyzes the principle of hysteresis loop measurement and Rogowski coil detection pulse current.Then,the method of measuring the hysteresis loop of the magnetic material while detecting the pulse current is described.According to the collected measured current and integral capacitor voltage data,the magnetic hysteresis loop of the magnetic core is drawn.Using the obtained hysteresis loop,a method of calibrating the pulse current measurement waveform is proposed.Finally,the proposed method is verified by simulation.
