During the period of confrontation between China and the Soviet Union in the 1960 s and 1980 s,under the guiding ideology of "deep excavation and extensive grain accumulation",a large number of small caliber projectiles were produced as strategic reserve for air defense;small caliber projectiles were quick-fire ammunition with large dosage and large reserve.Our country developed and produced 23 mm-37 mm ammunition for land,sea and air force,with a total amount of tens of millions.However,with the passage of time and the progress of military science and technology,a large number of small caliber shells have exceeded the reserve period,and their use safety has been reduced.They can not be used in modern weapons.They need to recycle materials safely and environmentally and be disassembled and destroyed.Therefore,a set of automatic,safe and efficient small caliber shells disassembly machine is developed to disassemble and destroy decommissioned and used small caliber shells,in order to facilitate safety,environmental protection treatment and material recycling,and to change the current situation of the disposal of decommissioned and used ammunition in China,so as to make it safer,more environmentally friendly and more resource reusable.Firstly,in the initial stage of equipment development,the structure of small caliber projectile is analyzed.According to the structure of small caliber projectile,the process analysis and design of small caliber projectile disassembly are carried out.The disassembly process of small caliber projectile is designed and the layout of equipment is determined.According to the layout of equipment,the eight-position rotary small caliber projectile disassembly with certain flexibility is designed.Extension.Then,in the design stage of the equipment,the mechanical structure is designed according to the layout,including the main structure design,the multi-station split actuator and the mechanical mechanism design,the key mechanism and the key components design.In the design process,Ansys Workbench analysis software is used to simulate the stress analysis of the key components,to analyze and solve the structural optimization of the mechanical components,and to the main machine.The modal analysis is carried out to solve the resonance problem of the main engine.The power design of the equipment,according to the different use of the executive manipulator,designs the appropriate power source and the corresponding power system scheme,including the selection of hydraulic system components and the selection of pneumatic system components.The control system design of the equipment,aiming at the function of the splitter,the overall design of the control system and the hardware configuration of the system are designed and studied,including the design of the control system scheme,the selection of electrical components,the configuration of I/O ports,man-machine interface and the design of the control ladder diagram program.Finally,mechanical assembly,electrical control system wiring,debugging and operation of the equipment,assessment,and delivery to the destruction plant for use.
