The replaceable cam track wheel has the advantages of both the traditional tire type and the integrated track type vehicle,ensuring the high passability of the vehicle while maintaining the maneuverability of the original car.In complex driving environments such as ruggedness,softness,and muddy,the triangular track wheel has a larger grounding area,which reduces vibration and improves vehicle running stability.The triangular track wheel is light in weight,easy to carry,simple to modify,modular design can be quickly replaced,and greatly enhances the environmental adaptability of existing vehicles.Firstly,by designing the existing triangular track wheel technology on the market,a triangular tracked wheel running device matched with a rescue vehicle is designed.The structural form was determined,the key parameters were selected and the key components were checked.Secondly,aiming at the stability of the triangular tracked vehicle,the theoretical dynamics model is established through theoretical analysis.According to the road roughness,vehicle speed and soil characteristics,the Newton-Eulerian method is used to solve the dynamic equation and the car is calculated.The vertical acceleration curve at the center of mass and the load wheel describes the movement of the cam track in the vertical direction.Thirdly,the simulation model of the triangular tracked vehicle was established by using RecurDyn software,and the vibration characteristic curve of the car body center of mass and the road wheel was obtained when driving on the road.Comparing the theoretical analysis results with the simulation analysis results,the validity of the theoretical model is proved.The main factors that affect the stability of a triangular tracked vehicle are terrain,speed and damping.The effect of the damping and stiffness parameters of the camshaft wheel damper on improving the stability of the vehicle is described.It is also verified that the designed triangular track wheel can smoothly pass the bad road surface when the vehicle is driving at 55km/h,which proves the higher stability and better passability of the triangular track wheel vehicle.Finally,the road simulation vibration test bench was used to verify and input the same road surface excitation.The experimental results were compared with the acceleration curves of the two models,which further proved the validity of the model and the correctness of the relevant analysis.
