At present,most of the mechanical energy loss in the world comes from the friction and wear of components.Lubricating oil lubrication is one of the main forms of reducing friction and wear.The nanoparticles have a large specific surface area and high diffusion performance,and can be added to the lubricating oil to have a good anti-wear and antifriction effect,and the dispersion stability is an important factor affecting the lubricating performance of the lubricating oil.In this paper,the composite additive is prepared by adsorbing nano serpentine particles by reactive functional groups on the surface of graphene oxide("GO").The effects of graphene oxide mass fraction,oleic acid mass fraction and milling time on the dispersibility,stability and tribological properties of lubricating oil were studied by orthogonal experiment.The dispersion stability of the lubricating oil containing the composite additive is analyzed by a spectrophotometer and a low speed centrifuge.The surface morphology and composition of the friction and wear of 45 steel friction pair were observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS).The mechanism of action of nano-serpentine/graphene oxide composite additive as a lubricant additive in the friction process was revealed.The results show that the optimum ratio of the dispersion stability and tribological properties of lubricating oil is obtained by orthogonal experiment: the mass of graphene oxide is 0.02 g,the mass fraction of oleic acid is 3.8%,and the milling time is 2h;The dispersibility of the composite additive in the lubricating oil was 40.2% and 47.3% higher than that of the single serpentine and GO,respectively.and the stability was improved by 11.2% and 9.2%,respectively;During the rubbing process,the nano serpentine/GO acts as a "ball bearing" between the friction pairs.At the same time,the nano serpentine/GO began to react with 45 steel to form a self-repairing film with time,and the repaired film was in dynamic equilibrium state during 6-10 h,and the tribological properties were significantly improved.
