Self-lubricating joint bearings are components that play an important role in aerospace,and precision forming and clearance fine adjustment control processes are indispensable key manufacturing processes.The inner and outer rings of the self-lubricating joint bearing are combined by a forming process,and then the control process is precisely adjusted by the clearance to form a bearing clearance.This paper aims to integrate process design,numerical analysis and simulation methods,and process experiment analysis to determine the precision adjustment control process of self-lubricating joint bearings.The specific research content is as follows:Firstly,analyze the technical status quo of the gap forming control method at home and abroad,and understand the process requirements of the new process from the shallow to deep understanding of the clearance control process,and establish the basic concept of the self-lubricating joint bearing clearance.Calculation model for clearance and no-load starting torque.Secondly,a three-roll nip process was proposed and the effects of different process parameters on the rolling effect were investigated.The measurement method of the no-load starting torque is analyzed and the measurement method suitable for this subject is determined.A three-roll process with online torque measurement was established.Thirdly,based on ANSYS/LS-DYNA,the static and dynamic numerical analysis of the three-roll gap is carried out to verify the feasibility of the process.Through the analysis of the numerical simulation results,the relationship between the no-load starting torque and the rolling force is established,and the method for solving the unloaded starting torque is obtained.Fourthly,the specific structural design of the three-roll rolling gap device with online torque measurement is carried out.The function and working principle of each component of the online torque measuring device are expounded.The parameters of each component are selected by means of calculation and analysis.The rationality of the key components was verified.Fifthly,it is determined that the experimental data is straight-line fitted by the leastsquare method,and the process experiment is carried out.The unloaded starting torque obtained by the experimental data processing is compared with the off-load starting torque measured offline,and the verification based on the device is verified.The accuracy of the unloaded starting torque obtained from the processed data,and the bearing clearance value at this time is calculated by the relationship between the unloaded starting torque and the play established above.The new process methods,numerical analysis simulation methods,data processing methods and process experiments proposed in this paper have a certain degree of technical value for the related research of self-lubricating joint bearings at home and abroad.
