Self-lubricating joint bearings are self-lubricating bearings that can be self-lubricated without the addition of lubricants.They are widely used in aerospace,engineering machinery,mining machinery and other fields.As a key component of self-lubricating bearings,self-lubricating gaskets are the main factors affecting the lubrication performance and friction and wear performance of self-lubricating joint bearings.Therefore,in order to improve the tribological properties of self-lubricating joint bearings,the mechanical properties of fabric-type self-lubricating gaskets need to be further studied.In this paper,the mechanical properties of self-lubricating gaskets are studied.The mechanical properties of the gaskets are predicted by establishing a compression constitutive model of self-lubricating gaskets.Self-lubricating gasket is a woven composite material.In order to study its mechanical properties,firstly,the research on the compression mechanical properties of woven composite materials at home and abroad is analyzed and summarized.The relationship between compressive stress and strain of self-lubricating gasket is obtained,and the constitutive relationship of the liner is established.Model type;after that,the self-lubricating liner constitutive relationship model is established;finally,the constitutive relationship model is verified by physical experiments.It is found that the compressive stress and strain of the gasket exhibit a bilinear relationship,but some of the liners show obvious plasticity,and some of the liners are not plastic.On this basis,the multi-scale correlation method is used to establish the liner constitutive model,and The three-point bending correction method is combined with the relevant literature to verify the modified constitutive model,and the error between the simulation result and the experimental result is 10%.In order to further verify and optimize the constitutive model,a cushion compression physics experiment is carried out.The error between the prediction result and the experimental result is 3%-10%,and the influence of material mechanical parameters and geometric model parameters on the mechanical properties of the liner is obtained,so as to optimize the cushion compression constitutive model.
