In this paper,the domestic and international research status of linear motors and the working principle and basic structure of submersible linear motors are first described.Aiming at the analytical calculation of the air gap magnetic field of the submersible linear motor,the method of the equivalent magnetization of the permanent magnet is proposed.According to the Poisson equation,the analytical expression of the air gap magnetic field of the submersible linear motor is obtained.The electromagnetic finite element analysis software of Ansoft is used to analyze the transient magnetic field characteristics of the submersible linear motor in the non-excited state and the excited state of the stator winding.The two submersible linear motors are analyzed under different states of the stator winding.The distribution law of magnetic field line,magnetic induction intensity and magnetic field strength distribution with time;through the electromagnetic finite element analysis,the variation of thrust characteristics of linear motor under the axial thickness of different mover isolation sleeve materials and different mover permanent magnets is obtained.According to the error caused by the submersible linear motor in the stator and mover assembly process and the fixed pole pitch,the electromagnetic finite element software is used to counteract the single-section and multi-section permanent magnet synchronous linear motor under different stator pole pitches.And thrust performance analysis,observe the change law of back electromotive force and thrust performance of permanent magnet synchronous linear motor under different pole distances.By changing the shape of the mover magnet,the linear motor mover structure is optimized.The Ansoft software is used to push the permanent magnet synchronous linear motor with stepped shape,trapezoidal cross section and cosine curve shape.Characteristic analysis.The variation law of linear motor thrust under different magnetic steel parameters is obtained,which lays a foundation for improving the thrust of linear motor,selecting the shape of suitable linear motor mover magnet,and optimizing the design of linear motor.
