The reliable operation of the power system is the basis of the national industrialization.Once the power system fails,it will cause immeasurable losses.In order to ensure the reliable operation of the power system,the status information of the power grid needs to be monitored,and when the fault occurs,it can be processed in time to prevent the accident from expanding.The operation of the monitoring equipment is inseparable from the power supply.Due to the special nature of the working environment,the power adapter cannot be used to power the monitoring equipment.The battery power supply can only maintain a certain period of use.Regular battery replacement increases the maintenance work.The long-term energy supply of monitoring equipment has always been a research hotspot.In this paper,the advantages and disadvantages of the existing energy supply methods are analyzed.Finally,the coil based on the principle of magnetic induction is selected as the research object,and the equivalent model of the coil is established from the angle of coil coupling relationship.The power characteristics of the coil are analyzed theoretically,and the constraints of the maximum output power of the coil are found out.The correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified by experiments.Under the condition of 5A primary current,the optimum coil parameters are designed according to the output characteristics of the coil to obtain power not less than 20 mW,and the energy recovery circuit is designed to supply the output power of the coil to the load stably.The design of protective coil can solve the problem of high output voltage and high output power of coil in the range of 5-600 A current,and has certain applicability.Circuit parameters can be re-selected according to different current range and energy coil to adapt to different working conditions.The power supply system designed in this paper is composed of the energy-carrying coil and the energy-carrying circuit.The power system can stably output 3V in the range of 5~600A primary current,the minimum output power is 20 mW,and the maximum output power can reach 500 mW,which can meet the functions of online monitoring.It has the requirement of consumption and long-term stable operation,and has certain use value.
