For the Limit terrain conditions,the lines near the high speed railway station have small radius,which always makes the rail wear serious.As a result,the worn rail is one of the important factors affecting the riding quality and safety of high speed railway vehicles.Aiming at the problem of serious rail wear in small radius curve section of high speed railway station area,the dynamics simulation analysis method was adopted.The train-track dynamics model was established by means of UM software.Based on this model,combined with Archard material abrasion calculation model,a rail abrasion prediction model was established.Studies were carried out based on Beijing-Tianjin Intercity Railway Station in aspects of curve parameter change,speed limit value of different wear condition and wheel/rail profile match.The main research contents of this paper are as follow:(1)By using dynamic simulation analysis method,the effects of the curve radius,superelevation,rail cant,speed and wheel /rail friction coefficient in vehicle dynamic performance were studied.The change rules of rail profile and the cumulative depth of rail wear were quantitatively analyzed.(2)The operational stability and safety of the train on the rail of different radius were studied on the different wear states of the rail.Based on the safety of train operation,the train speed limits of different wear states were calculated.(3)Based on the prediction model of rail abrasion,the distribution of rail wear depth,wear power and train speed limit for different rail profile matching were studied.Therefore,the theoretical basis for selection of reasonable rail profile and rail profile optimization direction were finally put forward.The research has reference value for grinding specification and antifriction measures of rail in small radius curve section of high-speed railway station area.
