With the continuous development of society and the continuous advancement of technology,people have higher and higher requirements for power quality and power supply reliability.In the context of the State Grid Corporation's vigorous promotion of quality services,speeding up the construction of a unified and strong smart grid,and deepening the construction of the "three episodes and five majors" system,especially the substation unattended and centralized monitoring mode,the role of the dispatching automation system is also increasing important.In this paper,the existing dispatching automation system of Yili Power Grid Control Center is relatively backward and does not meet the development neecds of existing power grids.Some constructive improvement measures are proposed to further im,prove the automation operation level and operation strategy of the power grid in the region.The main work of this paper is organized as follows:First of all,the problems existing in the current Yili power grid dispatching automation system are carefully studied,and some necessary system upgrade measures and methods are proposed,and the targets are set.Secondly,the paper puts forward the specific mieasures for the transformation of the automation system,focusing on three aspects:on the one hand,various information processing processes based on partition screening,realizing the hierarchical division of monitoring information,effectively reducing the filtering of invalid information and the display of important information.Reducing the ever-increasing scale of equipment has caused a surge in the workload of monitoring personnel,and improved the real-time control of the operating status of the power grid by regulators.On the other hand,on the basis of the existing dispatching automation system and substation equipment,the remote viewing function is added to realize the real-time display of the substation environment and equipment status.Solve the problem of incomplete information in unattended substation stations.The third is to increase the new line naming comparison management function,to avoid the problem of increased grief security risk caused by naming confusing,and effectively improve work efficiency.Finally,the above three specific measures are applied to the practice of Yili power grid engineering,and the effect of the dispatching operation before and after the transformation is compared.The results show that the above various measures can effectively promote the operation management of the power grid and improve the working efficiency of the staff.The research results in this paper can also provide reference for power grids in similar regions.
