For a long time,concrete dam cracking is a very common phenomenon,and there is a saying that “no dam is not cracked”.Although China has made a series of fruitful results on how to solve the problem of concrete cracks,in view of the complexity of the causes of cracks,the existence of various uncertain(or accidental)factors in the construction process,and the lack of understanding of the characteristics of concrete materials,the causes of cracks and The mechanism analysis is still not enough and other problems exist.The crack problem is still the key problem that needs to be prevented in the concrete dam construction.The key to crack prevention lies in the design of concrete temperature control measures.According to the dam area of the Sanghe II Hydropower Station,the temperature is relatively high,but the annual temperature difference is not large,there is no cold wave occurrence,the daily variation is small and other climate characteristics,combined with the domestic hydropower process concrete temperaturecontrolanti-cracking technologystandard specification requirements,for the project Concrete temperature control measures were analyzed.Based on the analysis of temperature control measures for hydropower projects at home and abroad,this paper carries out theoretical analysis and calculation based on concrete temperature control theory,and determines the allowable temperature difference of concrete,the maximum temperature of concrete,the control standard of internal and external temperature difference;According to the experimental design,the concrete mix ratio was reasonably selected.Based on the reference of the domestic hydropower project temperature control measures,combined with the local climate characteristics,it was determined that the concrete temperature control scheme of the project was mixed with fly ash and the natural temperature was entered into the warehouse.The main,supplemented by flow water conservation,usually Wenhe water cooling,avoiding high temperature pouring and forming a local climate and small environmental conditions.Through the concrete rebound test,water pressure test and core strength test results of the project,the concrete strength and compactness can meet the requirements of design and standard specifications.The number of concrete appearance cracks is within a reasonable range,and the concrete quality can meet the specification and design.The index requires that the concrete quality is reliable;the concrete temperature control scheme adopted in this project is suitable.This scheme provides a case study for the temperature control and crack prevention construction of mass concrete in high temperature areas.
