A Research On The Site Selection Of Special Construction

Prison is a special organ for the state to execute criminal punishment,and it is also a kind of particular building composed of a large number of buildings,all of which involve site selection.Thus,whether the site selection is reasonable enough directly influences the exertion of prison function and the realization of penalty function.On the one hand,the execution of the criminal punishment is faced with new criminal justice policy adjustment.On the other hand,the new round of prison layout adjustment,which began in 2001,has been almost over.However,the scientific level of prison location and layout still needs to be improved.This article starts with the main factors that affect the location of the prison site,combining with the relevant theory of the current public construction site selection,and analyzes the location and layout of the prison with the aim of selecting prison site reasonably.The thesis is divided into three parts,including introduction,body and conclusion.The main part of the introduction is the first chapter and the second chapter,mainly introducing the research background,the research situation at home and abroad,the method of the research,the similarities and differences between the influence factors of the current public building location and the influence factors of the prison location,as well as the main problems existing in the prison location.The main body of the thesis is the third chapter.Combining the influence factors of the introduction,it analyzes of the prison case in the order from the ancient to modern,from China to foreign countries.And in this part,the prisons are divided into urban prison,suburban prison and urban-suburban prison according to the relative distance between the prison and the city.According to which there is analysis about the pros and cons of these three types of prison location.The conclusion is the fourth chapter and fifth chapter,comparing the three forms of prison site selection mentioned in the body of the thesis,combining with the case of X province,and using analytic hierarchy process to construct analysis model,make questionnaire,use qualitative and quantitative analysis method,hence,deducing the goal orientation of future prison construction and improvement.
