Urban traffic coordinated development is the eternal theme of urban traffic planning.With the continuous development of economy,the government attaches more importance to the construction of ecological civilization.However,in recent years,problems such as traffic congestion,energy shortage and climate change caused by urban motorized traffic in Shijiazhuang city have become increasingly serious.Therefore,it is urgent to formulate the urban road network planning scheme in the main urban area by reducing the motor traffic volume,focusing on bus driving and guiding and optimizing the urban space development.In the last round of overall planning,the urban road network of Shijiazhuang city adopts the circle expansion construction mode,leaving many urban traffic problems.In urban traffic planning,optimizing the spatial structure of urban traffic and perfecting the urban road network system have become the focus of urban and rural planners.There are numerous related studies in the academic circle,and it is generally believed that "bus first" strategy can relieve the pressure of urban traffic congestion to some extent.Shijiazhuang city in a new round of planning in response to the government's call to build a "bus city." Based on the current situation of the basic road network in the main urban area of Shijiazhuang city,the task of optimizing the urban road network in Shijiazhuang is still a long way to go.In this article through to the city road network for on-the-spot investigation,the urban traffic experience questionnaire for the investigation of Shijiazhuang city road network and traffic conditions,at the same time reference at home and abroad about the bus network optimization study of relevant literature,using four stages method,analytic hierarchy process(ahp),space-time theory,points out the problems in urban road network.Taking public transportation as the orientation,this paper constructs a set of urban road network system guided by public transportation from three aspects: road function level,road network layout and road space allocation.Then,taking the main urban area of Shijiazhuang city as the empirical research object,a set of urban road network optimization scheme is developed in the main urban area of Shijiazhuang city.Through the comparison of road network congestion before and after optimization,the practicability and feasibility of the bus guided road network is confirmed.The paper also puts forward the evaluation method of public transport guidance degree,which can improve the scientificity of public transport guidance priority road network.However,there are some limitations in this paper.For example,there is a lack of scientific and powerful traffic volume statistics for road network optimization,and no more detailed quantitative data research is realized.The evaluation method of public transportation orientation lacks consideration of realistic scenarios and is only based on data.Lack of more detailed traffic congestion improvement evaluation of urban road network before and after optimization.This paper has limitations and values,but I hope it can help improve the theoretical system of urban road network under the guidance of public transport,and provide some references for the traffic planning work in the main urban area of Shijiazhuang in recent years.
