In this paper,in order to be able to overcome the all-digital fuzzy appear in the process of driving speed response speed slow,large amount of rotational speed overshoot,the anti-interference ability and low torque ripple problems,the use of permanent magnet synchronous motor as the research object,on the basis of the traditional PI control system put forward a kind of fuzzy PI and vector transform method of the combination of control system,through the simulation analysis and experimental contrast show: The newly proposed control system can effectively improve the speed response speed of PMSM,reduce torque ripple,enhance the anti-interference ability of the whole control system,and improve the control effect of PMSM control system to a certain extent.The main research work and results are as follows:(1)The research significance of permanent magnet synchronous motor and the current development status of electric motor control technology are introduced;The structure of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)is analyzed and introduced,and the mathematical models of PMSM in three-phase static coordinate system and two-phase static coordinate system are deduced by means of coordinate transformation.The current control strategy of PMSM is analyzed and compared,and the working principle of SVPWM is expounded.(2)The traditional PID control system and the fuzzy PID control system is proposed in this paper were compared,and the fuzzy PID control system are analyzed in detail the method of building,first using the matlab/simulink built traditional PID control system and then again to set up the fuzzy PID control system,simulation comparison is made for the two control systems,the results show that the fuzzy PID control system has high control accuracy,can be more efficient drive permanent magnet synchronous motor.(3)Due to the chip of TMS320F2812 DSP chip,has the strong ability of calculation,can easily complete the huge calculation content,so choose the type of DSP chip as the control system for the calculation of the chip,and gets the experimental results of the control system after debugging,the experiment results show that the proposed fuzzy PID control system improves the drive motor speed response speed and anti-interference ability,has a good robustness and dynamic and static characteristics.
