With the development of economy and the rapid rise of modern industrial construction,people's demand for electric power is increasing,and electric power has become an important power resource for human production and life.In power system,voltage conversion and distribution must be realized by substation,which is the hub connecting various power grids.Reasonable substation design is the basis of safe and stable operation of substation.Therefore,continuous optimization and improvement of substation design can better meet the social demand for reliability of power supply and power quality.Eti 66kV Substation is located in Eti town of Horqin Right Wing Front Banner,Xing'an League,which is the only 66 kVpower supply in this area.Firstly,the current situation of Eti 66 kV substation is briefly introduced.Through the investigation and analysis of load growth and field equipment in Eti town,the problems of transformer overload,low reliability of single transformer power supply,serious aging of partial 10 kV equipment in the substation and no maintenance of integrated automation system are identified,so as to meet the needs of local economy and society.In order to improve the reliability of power supply,it is necessary to increase the capacity of the substation on the basis of existing equipment.Secondly,according to the relevant regulations and norms of electric power design,the overall conception and design of Eti 66 kV substation are carried out.By analyzing the load growth trend of Eti 66 kV substation in the past five years,the power load of the station in the next 10 years is estimated by combining point load growth with natural growth,so as to determine the main transformer capacity.In addition,according to the calculation results of short-circuit current,the main electrical equipment such as circuit breakers and disconnectors in substations are selected.According to the calculation results of reactive power compensation,the reactive power compensation capacity is determined.Finally,according to the principle of protection and automatic device configuration,the system configuration scheme of relay protection and automatic device in station is determined,so as to complete the capacity expansion and transformation design of Eti 66 kV substation.After the completion of the Russian 66 kV substation according to the above design,the capacity of the main transformer meets the needs of regional economic development.At the same time,the two main transformers stand by each other and the hidden troubles of the equipment are eliminated,which greatly improves the reliability of power supply.
