| With the continuous development of computer and information technology,the deepening of medical information reform,the gradual improvement of medical service structure,put forward higher requirements for the medical equipment industry.How to establish a magnetic resonance equipment specification,a scientific evaluation standard and an evaluation system is the biggest problem currently encountered.This article is based on the needs of the first affiliated hospital of Chongqing Military Medical University for the research and development of "magnetic resonance clinical index evaluation software" and "magnetic resonance clinical and quality control data statistical analysis software".This paper mainly introduces the original data analysis,software development,and magnetic resonance clinical subjective index modeling work:The original clinical imaging data of the magnetic resonance equipment collected by the Southwest Hospital was statistically analyzed to obtain a total of 151 magnetic resonance equipment,including 70 domestically produced magnetic resonance equipment models and a total of 81 imported magnetic resonance equipment models,including Four field strengths(less than 0.5T,0.5T,1.5T,and 3.0T)were collected for a total of 10,428 sample data from 10 locations.Develop a system based on Java EE technology architecture,use Dcm4 chee for image header file analysis,and score the layer thickness,spacing,spatial resolution,total scan time,and scan sequence objective clinical indicators according to the project implementation manual provided by Southwest Hospital.The images were displayed using the CornerStone script,and the high-quality magnetic resonance diagnostician of the tertiary hospital scored the signal-to-noise ratio,artifacts,anatomical evaluation criteria,signal uniformity,and subjective clinical indicators of the scan range.The system is based on the region(southwest,central and southern China,military police,northwest,northeast,east China and north China),field strength(less than 0.5T,0.5T,1.5T and 3.0T),and location(cranial,kidney,liver,lumbar,The comprehensive scores of magnetic resonance equipment were statistically analyzed in the brain MRA,knee joint,uterus,heart,prostate,cervical vertebrae,and compared with magnetic resonance equipment at home and abroad.According to field strength,magnetic resonance scanning site,import and export equipment,clinical objective evaluation index of magnetic resonance scanning object and clinical subjective index,a total of 25 indicators,and using Lasso regression,random forest,support vector machine to establish magnetic resonance imaging clinical subjective The indicator prediction model is used to replace the scores of complicated artificial subjective clinical indicators. |
