The distribution network is an important part of the power system.It is a key link for power distribution and power supply for users.Its investment scale,operating cost and social and economic benefits are far greater than those of the transmission network.Accurate assessment of the operating state of the distribution network is the basis for safe and stable operation of the grid.Compared with the transmission network,the structure of the distribution network is more complicated,for there is a great deal of power distribution equipment,the level of distribution automation is low,and the operation data collection is difficult,which makes it difficult to evaluate the operation status of the distribution network.On the other hand,with the construction of smart grids and the development of IoT technology and 5G technology,the data collected by the grid will be increased exponentially.Therefore,improving the intelligence level of the grid through informationization and using big data technology to mine valuable information from massive distribution network data have become a key link.This paper is supported by the research project of State Grid,"Research on Distribution Network Operation State Assessment and Early Warning Method Based on Big Data Analysis".Combined with the actual status of the distribution network,that is,the power supply company has various software systems to collect the basic data,operation data,etc.of the distribution network.Adopting the idea of combining traditional evaluation methods with big data technology,this paper proposes an operational state assessment method implemented under the parallel computing framework,and develops a distribution network operation state assessment software system,which helps to find the weakness of the distribution network.Link and improve the lean operation and maintenance level of the distribution network.The main work of the full text is as follows:(1)A set of indicator system covering all important aspects of the distribution network is constructed.The indicator system is divided into the target layer,the criteria layer,and the indicator layer.The criteria layer includes six factors: grid structure,operational failure,equipment level,etc.The indicator layer contains 23 individual indicators.The constructed indicator system can reflect the overall operation of the distribution network comprehensively.(2)A method of evaluating the operational status of a distribution network based on big data technology: Combine the AHP-Delphi Method with the Spark Parallel Computing Framework to realize a method for evaluating the operational status of distribution networks with variable index weights and fast calculation speed.(3)The realization system of distribution network operation status based on big data technology is realized: firstly,the system can be analyzed statistically from the subject and object;secondly,it can also view the operational status of the distribution network from both time and space dimensions.By virtue of case analysis,it is verified that this evaluation system in this paper can reflect the overall operation status of the distribution network.The weak links and shortcomings of the current distribution network via comparative analysis can be found.At the same time,the necessity and feasibility of introducing big data technology in the evaluation of distribution network operation status can be testified by means of functional tests and performance tests.
