Energy issues have always been a major concern.As a new type of energy storage device,supercapacitor has attracted more and more attention from researchers because of its rapid charge and discharge,high power density,long cycle life and green environmental protection.The electrode material of pseudo-capacitor supercapacitor is mainly oxide material.Under the same conditions,its energy storage capacity is much better than that of double-layer capacitor.So in these contexts,based on manganese and tungsten oxide materials,this paper explores the preparation of new composite electrode materials,studies the electrochemical performance of electrodes and devices,and aims to develop pseudo-capacitive supercapacitors with excellent performance.In this paper,the effects of different current collectors on the performance of supercapacitors are first studied.The graphite/manganese dioxide(graphite/MnO2)composites were prepared by a simple and convenient method.The C-graphite/MnO2 electrode and the ITO-graphite/MnO2 electrode were prepared by a printed electronic process.Electrochemical performance tests on the electrodes showed that the internal resistance of the C-graphite/MnO2electrode was lower and the specific capacitance could reach 313 mF cm-2.Secondly,in order to study the effect of different electrode materials on the performance of supercapacitors,tungsten sulfide/tungsten oxide(TS/TO)and reduced graphene oxide/tungsten sulfide/tungsten oxide(G/TS/TO)materials were prepared.BET tests of the two electrode materials showed that the specific surface area of G/TS/TO was 16.4 times larger than TS/TO.The electrochemical performances of the two working electrodes were tested.The results show that G/TS/TO electrodes have higher specific capacitance and better rate performance under the same conditions.Finally,the optimization of fabrication process of common pseudo-capacitor materials and their composite with advanced materials are studied in depth.Through process optimization,commercial MnO2(c-MnO2),shared MnO2(s-MnO2)and s-MnO2/MoS2 electrode materials were prepared.Three different electrode materials were tested electrochemically,and the specific capacitance of the three materials increased in turn,and the rate performance also increased in turn.This indicates that the optimization of process and the generation of heterojunction are helpful to improve the performance of supercapacitors.In this paper,the performance of supercapacitors based on manganese and tungsten oxide materials has been studied in different directions and some research results have been achieved.These research results provide reference and guidance for the further development of supercapacitors.
