With the development of electrical technology,the ship is used as a means of transportation and work platform on the water,the degree of electrification and informatization of ship equipment and facilities is constantly increasing,and the number of electrical equipment for work,security,entertainment,communication and other facilities on the ship is also increasing.Such electrical equipments rely on high quality power supply,thus leading to the growing demand for power and the higher requirements for power quality,which put forward a new requirement for ship power generation and distribution system.This paper is aiming to propose a design of marine hydraulic power generation control system for small ships,which uses the main engine reserve power to drive the hydraulic pump station,combines with the speed control principle of pump-controlled motor and modern control theory and main engine can still output the power required by the ship with the continuously speed changes and the load changes.The system expects to meet the needs of ship power generation and process management,realize the application of hydraulic power generation system on ships,and at the same time achieve the goal of energy conservation,emission reduction and reducing the costs of ship operation and maintenance.The research and design of marine hydraulic power generation control system can promote the application of hydraulic power generation system on ships,effectively utilize the limited space of ships,reduce equipment and maintenance costs,improve fuel economy,save energy and protect the environment and achieve good social and economic benefits.Firstly,based on the structure and operation characteristics of the ship,this paper puts forward the overall scheme of the hydraulic system and control system suitable for ship loading.Secondly,the components of marine hydraulic power generation are researched and a simulation model is established and then the fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm is used to jointly simulate with the system model in Matlab.Thirdly,the control system software and hardware are designed to collect,process and control each parameter of the hydraulic power generation,at the same time,the various indicators of the power generation process are monitored to ensure the safety,stability and reliability of the power generation process,so that the hydraulic power generation process can meet the requirements of ship operation and the power generation indicators can meet the requirements of marine power consumption.Finally,a test platform is set up to conduct actual operation tests on the marine hydraulic power generation system,and the design and control effects are verified to meet the expected index requirements.In the paper,through the simulation,design and test of the marine hydraulic power generation monitoring system,the total distributed control of the hydraulic power generation control process and each parameter is realized,the effectiveness of the fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm is verified which can maintain the power generation index stable when the power load changes,satisfy the stable and reliable power output of the ship under different conditions.
