With the continuous advancement of the urbanization process,a large number of people pour into cities.As a basic livelihood service,central heating in northern cities is facing great challenges.With the improvement of people's quality of life,air pollution has become the primary concern.The frequent haze weather in winter in northern China has brought great inconvenience and serious impact on people's lives.At the same time,central heating and air pollution have a great coincidence in time and space.Obviously,central heating is caused by severe air pollution in winter.The main cause of haze.Therefore,the use of clean energy heating has become the hottest topic in the current heating market.Gas-fired boilers have been widely used and promoted in the wave of "coal to gas" because of their advantages of low pollution and low emissions.The inadequate pre-planning of urban central heating makes the newly increased building area have to solve the basic problem of heating by building a boiler house by itself.The boiler room in the subject is a typical application that the district needs to meet the heating needs of the residents by setting up the regional boiler room itself when the municipal central heating cannot provide the heat source for the residents of the new district.The heat source system of central heating mentioned in the subject is composed of 10 modular gas-fired hot water boilers.The configuration design of PLC and touch screen is used to replace the boiler group controllers.The automatic operation and unattended operation of central heating system are realized.The central heating control system is designed according to the characteristics of the district central heating system.The threelayer control structure of the control system is composed of PLC and touch screen.The field equipment is connected with PLC,and the process flow of the whole central heating system is displayed through the touch screen.The control system realizes the monitoring,operation,and management of the central heating system.The control system in the subject,from design,type selection,programming,debugging to the final normal operation of the system,has formed a set of solutions that can be fully applied to the central heating control system of the modular gas-fired hot water boiler room.The heating control system in this project breaks the point limit of the boiler group controller.Owners can adjust the working state of the heating system in time according to the change of load randomly,so as to realize the individualization and customization of the operation of the boiler system and meet the different application scenarios at the end.The study of the district central heating control system has certain reference and application value for thermal service enterprises.The control system in the subject is an important means to ensure energy-saving and efficient operation of the heating system.It is composed of computer software,hardware,programmable logic controller(PLC)and instruments.It can provide reference and solutions for similar situations.The research of this topic can provide some references for enterprises that can provide thermal services,help enterprises to provide better and efficient thermal services for thermal users,at the same time,it is conducive to improving the operation efficiency of regional central heating system,saving energy and generating greater economic and social benefits.There are 36 figures,14 tables and 55 references in this paper.
