As the main functional parts of automobile lamps and lanterns mainly provide lighting and signal in Daytime and Dark.In this paper,the tail lamp body is taken as the research object,serious deformation of the product is considered,and the plastic injection procedure and the mold are analyzed by experiment and theory methods,so as to realize the goal of reducing deformation in the product.The main work is as follows.(1)An injection scheme of the lamp body is determined on the CAE analysis,the actual waterway cooling system was included in all the analysis of this topic,and the final scheme is determined by comparing the injection molding results.(2)By comparing the experimental data under different technical parameters of injection,variance analysis and range analysis are adopted to determine influence level of technical parameters.Using the ratio(S/N)of signal to noise the appropriate combination of parameters is chosen through the concept of temperature fluctuation.(3)Solving multi-purpose optimization by the grey theory,the results of volume shrinkage and maximum deformation are taken as optimization objectives.According to the extent of correlation between the parameters the strength of the relationship between the grey correlation coefficient is determined,and then the grey correlation coefficients are solved.Finally,the optimum parameters are obtained.(4)The above technical parameters are obtained from the standary values which are discontinuity due to the limit of orthogonal test.Therefore,using the two key parameters on the grey theory,the second-order fitting equation is solved by the response surface method,and the theoretical optimal parameters are obtained by solution of equation within given a range.(5)Based on injection pressure,temperature and others after Moldflow analysis,thermo-mechanical coupling analysis is done to the mold deformation under the temperature field of thermal analysis as the boundary condition of static structural analysis,and pressure as load.(6)The trial is made using the results in the above analyses,it is shown that deformations of the given points on the products are less than the requirements,which proves the reliability and validity of the work in this paper.
