Maglev train is a new type of rail transit train,which overcomes the inherent wheel-rail constraints of wheel-rail trains.It has the advantages of small turning radius,strong climbing ability,low noise,safety,and energy saving.The research about Maglev train has become a hot spot in many countries.The maglev train is designed as modular structures,which can reduce the mechanical coupling among suspension points in the magnetic suspension system.Therefore,the research of multi-point magnetic suspension system control can be transformed into single-point suspension control research.Firstly,this paper expounds the research background and significance.Then the research and development of magnetic suspension control technology at home and abroad is introduced.Taking the single electromagnet suspension system of laboratory maglev car as the research object,the mathematical model of the single electromagnet suspension system is established.The modeling processes of the voltage control model and the current control model are introduced,and the influence of vehicle loads on the stability of magnetic suspension system is analyzed.The effective operating scope of the controller based on the voltage control linearization model or the current control linearization model is limited within a narrow range near the equilibrium operating point,and its effectiveness and efficiency of response are poor especially when load varies strongly.Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional controller,the load adaptive control is adopted.The fuzzy control is introduced,and the fuzzy adaptive control strategy is applied to the electromagnetic suspension system.The simulation model of magnetic suspension system with fuzzy adaptive control is built in Matlab/Simulink software.And the simulation result show that the magnetic suspension system with fuzzy adaptive control strategy can achieve stable suspension.According to simulation results of various experimental conditions,it is verified that the fuzzy adaptive control strategy performs more accurately and efficiently than some control strategies.Finally,the hardware circuit of the suspension system is designed,and the design of software is completed with TMS320F28335.The experimental platform of the suspension system is built,and some experiments on various experimental conditions are carried out on the experimental platform.Compared with the traditional PID control strategy,load adaptive control and fuzzy adaptive control strategy,the experimental results prove that the fuzzy adaptive control strategy can achieve good suspension performances and has strong adaptability to load variations.
