Research On Distributed Manufacturing Operation In WG Company

WG is one of the rarewind power generator manufacturers in China which has self-developed ability to produce dynamo product including high-power MW high-speed permanent magnet series,electrical excitation direct drive series and direct drive permanent magnet series.The complexity of product makes it very hard to achieve,therefore WG has insisted an operation and management mode that manufacture products centrally at one base.This mode of operation is beneficial to the management of enterprises and it guarantees the development quality and speed of new products to a certain extent.However,the product of direct-drive wind power generator is overweight and over-wide,so it is a kind of transportation-sensitive product.This mode of operation and management obviously cannot satisfy the market demand in product delivery and cost control.It is gradually hard to adapt to the development of enterprises.Based on the analysis of the industry situation and using the pioneer enterprises as an example,this paper analyses the present situation,problem and cause of WG by considering the development and operation needing of WG and characteristic of product and market,reading the literature and collating data.Then the new scheme is furnished by combining the characteristic of wind power market and self situation.Firstly,by using quantitative analysis method,it is confirmed that implementing the new scheme in WG is necessary and feasible.Then,the general idea of distributed manufacturing operation management is put forward based on the strategic goal of WG,and the modules such as product,supply chain management,quality control management,process quality management and core information system are programmed.Finally,the deployment conditions of distributed manufacturing network and the risk and control of distributed manufacturing operation management are elaborated.This paper combines the management theories and methods of operation management,project management,supply chain management,quality management and information system management,and puts forward some feasible schemes and steps,which provides a new idea for the exploration of operation management scheme based on distributed manufacturing mode.
