With the rapid development of society has made cars more and more common,and has become a must-have for most people.Whether cars are comfortable and safe has become the first condition for people to buy a car.Car wheels are undoubtedly critical to the safety and comfort of cars,and the difficulty of detecting car wheels is becoming more and more difficult due to the increasing demand for quality.In the search and investigation of most of the hub and beat measurement instruments at home and abroad,it was found that most of the hub run-out measuring instruments have defects such as imperfect equipment and inaccurate measurement results.This project proposes a hub-based run-out detection system based on C/S mode and ARM,and exchanges data with the control center server for remote monitoring.The STM32F407 with ARM and DSP core is used as the control core to control the system.The C/S mode collects data and monitors it remotely to complete the entire process of hub run-out measurement.The main work:firstly,the servo motor is used to control the turntable with the angle coding device,so that the run-out measurement mechanism can be used to measure the run-out amount at different rotation angles,and then the mechanical displacement mechanism is used to bring the scale displacement sensor probe close to the measured wheel hub,thereby obtaining the run-out amount.Secondly,realize the software and hardware design of ARM measurement and control system,and study the reasonable control process and data processing method.Finally,the remote measurement and control software based on C/S mode is compiled,the data is monitored in real time and the data is transmitted remotely,and the collected data is subjected to harmonic analysis.Through the experimental test results,the system is stable,and the absolute measurement error is ? 0.005 mm.The subject's wheel run-out detection system has many advantages that traditional wheel run-out measuring instruments cannot match,saving time,saving manpower,and ensuring the accuracy of test results.
