Electromagnetic harmonic movable teeth transmission system is a new type of integrated electromechanical transmission device which combining of electromagnetic harmonic transmission with movable teeth transmission. It can generate low-speed and high-torque output;with simple structure and small size,The system has many advantages, such as fast response speed, the high transmission efficiency; The system is still in development stage, and there is some distance from the practical application stage;some current researches mainly involve static analysis and magnetic field analysis of the system. As well as fatigue analysis and dynamic analysis, but there are few related researches on the control strategy of this system. This paper aims to study the control strategy of the output of the system's torque.Firstly, the force analysis of the transmission system is carried out,and the mathematical model of the input current and output torque of the transmission system is obtained. Then the simulation analysis of the control strategy is carried out based on the mathematical model,PI control strategy, fuzzy PI control strategy and BP neural network PID control strategy of the transmission system are build.according to the control effect, the final control strategy was determined,Also the control system's hardwares were selected, the host computer's man-machine interface system was designed by VB.Net,The lower machine control system and human-computer interaction interface are based on STM32 and designed by Keil, the host computer and lower machines can be used together to realize real-time control and display of the data. Finally, the effectiveness of the current algorithm is verified by software simulation in the hardware environment.
