Wireless communication realizes the good wishes of people who are close to each other,an antenna plays an important role in the process of radio propagation as a signal transceiver.The antenna frame antenna is an important part of the antenna system.Its function is to support and adjust the position of the antenna’s reflective surface.Its performance is directly related to the quality of the antenna communication.In order to meet the needs of antenna configuration in the new situation,a wider range of hybrid antenna configurations is proposed based on parallel mechanisms.According to the performance indicators required by the antenna,the antenna frame structure design is carried out,and its performance parameters are simulated and analyzed.The main research contents are as follows:A variety of antenna mounts are available for analysis,and they have some shortcomings.According to the performance requirements of all aspects of the antenna,the antenna frame is designed based on the 3-RSR parallel mechanism.At the same time,the problem of the accompanying motion of the antenna reflection surface caused by the parallel mechanism’s own characteristics is proposed to expand the scope of application.The kinematics of the hybrid antenna mount architecture is analyzed and its structural parameters are optimized.The singular configuration of the mechanism is analyzed by the spiral theory method.The relationship between the polarization mechanism and the parallel mechanism is established by the position analysis method.According to the requirements of the hybrid antenna working space,the structural size of the hybrid antenna is optimized,and its working space is calculated.At the same time,the envelope space of the mechanism and the spatial position of the antenna phase center are calculated.The structure of the hybrid antenna mount is designed,and its structure involves the polarization mechanism,the branches of the parallel mechanism,and the moving/fixing platform.Its 3D modeling is built through Pro/E software.The drive system of the hybrid antenna is designed.According to the operating characteristics of the parallel mechanism and the antenna wind load conditions,a wind load application method of the hybrid antenna mechanism is proposed.The different running trajectories of the hybrid antenna are planned,and the driving torque required for the hybrid antenna is obtained by Adams software.The finite element analysis of hybrid antenna mechanism was carried by the finite element software.Wind load conditions and finite element models of hybrid antennas are established,the weakness of the organization is calculated;Based on the deformation of the transition piece,the plane of the transition piece before and after the deformation is fitted,the pointing accuracy of the hybrid antenna is calculated.The mode of the hybrid antenna is analyzed to obtain the 12-order natural frequency of the hybrid antenna.
