In recent years,with the continuous development of social science and technology,traditional power systems have been developed into smart grids gradually,which has a series of new characteristics of Cyber-Physical Systems(CPS).However,due to the complexity and open nature of the CPS,many potential cyber information attacks against the wide-area measurement and supervisory control and data acquisition seriously affect the safe operation of smart grid,which prompts people to pay more attention to the security of smart grid.Therefore,based on the fact that the smart grid information layer is vulnerable to malicious attacks,the adaptive Kalman filter is designed to detect and isolatete malicious information attacks.The main works are as follows:Firstly,a residual detection function algorithm based on adaptive kalman filter is proposed to detect the false data injection attack(FDIA)on smart grid.Based on the state space model of three-phase voltages,a model of FDIA on smart grid system is presented and analyzed,and its covert is studied.Then,according to the fact that the injection of false data will lead to abnormal changes in some measurement residuals.On this basis,an adaptive Kalman filter is designed to detect the existence of FDIA.Secondly,on the premise of compensating for the impact of intermittent network congestion and linearization of nonlinear system with stochastic non-linear part,an adaptive kalman filter algorithm based on the optimization model is designed to improve the estimation accuracy for replay attack detection of smart grid.Considering the attack characteristics of replay attack,the covert of replay attack is analyzed.An adaptive Kalman filter based on the optimization model is designed to detect replay attacks in smart grid systems.At last,aiming at the problem of isolation of cyber information attacks detected in smart grid system,an isolation algorithm based on adaptive kalman filter banks is proposed.On this basis,a logical decision matrix is designed to shorten the time needed for attack isolation.The smart grids are divided into some different coupled areas,an adaptive kalman filter is designed for each subarea to detect the presence of malicious information attacks,and then a logical decision matrix is used to isolate malicious information attacks based on the changes of internal state of the system.
