| China’s bullet train body is welded from aluminum alloy profiles.In order to ensure the welding quality of the car body,pre-welding treatment is required,that is,the surface oxide film of the welding part is removed.At present,the removal of alumina film on the surface of CRRC is carried out with manual hand-held abrasive tools,with poor processing quality,low production efficiency,low safety and reliability,and without dust recovery,which not only pollutes the environment but also damages workers’ health.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes an automatic alumina film grinding equipment,which can realize grinding,feed and commutation automatic control.According to the technological requirements of the pre-treatment of the bullet train body welding,combining with the working conditions on the site and the current production process experience,and referring to the existing achievements at home and abroad,the process plan of oxide film grinding was put forward and the production process was formulated.According to the field working conditions and the oxide film grinding process,the overall structure of the grinding machine is designed,and the control system is preliminarily designed.The feed of the grinding machine adopts the vehicle-mounted structure.The aluminum profile on the bottom plate of the moving car is self-guided.The downward pressure of the grinding device adopts the constant force control and the walking speed adopts the digital control.In order to avoid vibration and noise in the process of operation,the dynamic analysis of the grinding locomotive body and the grinding device is carried out,and the balance weight parameters of the equipment are optimized according to the analysis results.The optimization results show that the production process will not produce excessive vibration and noise.When the equipment is applied in practice,it is necessary to combine the specific production requirements in the production site,and use the adjustable function of the grinding machine to carry out experimental research on the process parameters,including the speed of the wire wheel,the feed speed and the down pressure of the grinding device,so as to obtain better parameters as the production process parameters to ensure the actual production requirements. |
