| The operating parameters of the electron cyclotron resonance heating(ECRH)system of the J-TEXT device are 105 GHz/500 kW.The anode power supply is an indispensable and important component of the formation of the gyrotron electron beam in the ECRH system.Based on the TMS320F2812 DSP(Digital Signal Processor)control chip,this paper designs the control system of the anode power supply.According to the requirements of the power supply parameters such as the anode voltage overshoot and stability of the 105 GHz gyrotron and the experimental requirements of the ECRH system,the hardware circuit design and the programming of the control strategy of the DSP control board and peripheral equipments were completed.This article is divided into three parts.The first part is the first chapter.Firstly,the background of the research and the basic conditions of the anode power supply of the 105-GHz ECRH system of J-TEXT device are briefly introduced.The realization scheme of the anode power control system based on DSP is determined.The second part is the second chapter and the third chapter.By analyzing the gyrotron parameters of power supply and overshoot generation process of the anode power supply main circuit,the operation mode and the feedforward and feedback control strategy are determined.Detailed hardware and software design was carried out around the DSP control board and peripheral devices.The hardware design includes selection of various modules,circuit construction and parameter design.The software design uses CCS(Code Composer Studio)software as the platform,and flexible use of C language and assembly language to realize modular programming of each subroutine.The third part is the fourth chapter,which mainly uses online simulation and actual test to verify that the sub-modules of the designed anode power control system work stably together.The designed control strategy can effectively suppress the output voltage overshoot of the anode power supply and increase the operation stability,can meet the operational needs of the J-TEXT device ECRH system,provides a guarantee for further ECRH experimental research. |
