Based on the vibration principle of the transmission shaft,the vibration analysis system of the transmission shaft based on the secondary development of MSC.ADAMS has been established.Taking a transmission shaft as an example,the role of this system in vibration analysis and optimization of the transmission shaft has been introduced in detail.The main contents of the paper are as follows:(1)In this paper,the vibration mechanism of the transmission shaft has been analyzed.The vibration analysis system of the transmission shaft has been established based on this.Under the actual working conditions,this model has been simulated and compared with the actual test results to verify the accuracy of this model.(2)Under different operating conditions,the frequency component of the vibration excitation of the transmission shaft and the contribution of the design parameters to the vibration have been studied.The influence of the transmission shaft design parameters(equivalent angle,phase angle,friction,etc.)on the vibration of the transmission shaft has been studied.Under heavy load or poor road conditions,the equivalent angle is the main excitation source of the transmission shaft.Under light load and good road conditions,the phase angle and the friction have a greater impact on the vibration of the vehicle.(3)In order to find out the problems of the transmission shaft in the design of the vehicle,the vehicle test has been carried out,including subjective test and objective test.In order to solve the vibration problem,it has been proposed to middle support dynamic displacement and dynamic force as optimization targets.At the same time,the importance of this system in the design of the transmission shaft has been proved.
