For the bridges in the subsidence area,the support height adjustment technology can effectively improve the influence of uneven foundation settlement on the service performance of the bridge.In view of the problem that the current height adjustment stroke is small,this paper studies an adjustable high support with large height adjustment stroke and upper and lower stepless adjustment,which solves the current several height adjustment methods.Insufficient problems,and the process of heightening is convenient and fast.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)Combined with the current research reports on adjustable bearings at home and abroad,a new type of large-stroke raisable bearing structure is designed,and its working principle is analyzed: a height-adjusting component and components are added in the middle of the basin rubber bearing.The inner side and the lower side of the steel plate are processed with a high-threaded pair,so that the bearing can be easily and quickly adjusted to the upper and lower stepless heights with a large height adjustment stroke.(2)According to the design specifications of the basin rubber bearing,the detailed dimensions of the various components of the new bearing are designed,and the ABAQUS finite element numerical simulation model of the new bearing is established.Based on the elastic theory and ABAQUS finite element numerical simulation analysis,the vertical ultimate bearing capacity and lateral ultimate bearing capacity of the bearing are obtained,and the relationship between the vertical and horizontal stiffness of the bearing decreases with the increase of the height of the bearing is obtained..(3)The reliability test and bearing capacity test of the bearing height adjustment function are carried out.The test shows that the bearing capacity of the bearing meets the design requirements,and the height-adjusting component is in good condition after being subjected to the ultimate load.Comparing the experimental data with the finite element results,it is verified that the vertical and horizontal stiffness of the new large-stroke height adjustable bearing decreases with the increase of the height of the bearing.
