As a result of the rapid development of society and the enhancement of the national economic strength,more and more high-rise buildings appear,both in height and in the shape of the buildings,which are constantly changing the record.As a result,there are many super-high-rise buildings,which in at least one or more aspects exceed the requirements of the current code.In order to ensure the safety,practicability and economy of the structure,the selection and optimization of the structural system and the analysis of the seismic performance of the structure are necessary.In this paper,the development of super-high-rise structures is reviewed,and the degree of out-of-limit structure is judged by the basic theory and criterion of conceptual design.On this basis,select the appropriate structure system and carry on the continuous optimization and the analysis.The structure analysis software pkpm is used to model and analyze a super-limited high-rise project.Firstly,a suitable structural system is selected for modeling.According to the structural analysis under frequent earthquakes,three optimization schemes of structural system are put forward,and the three schemes are compared and analyzed.Select the more reasonable structure system after optimization for the next step analysis.Secondly,elastic analysis under frequent earthquakes,elastic time history analysis,elastic analysis and non-yield analysis under medium earthquakes and static elastic-plastic pushover analysis under rare earthquakes are carried out for the optimized structural system.Finally,according to the above analysis,the weak points of the structure are identified and the corresponding measures are taken to ensure the safety of the structure.The conclusion of this paper is that the selection of the structural system meets the requirements of the code,and the ductility and seismic performance of the structural system after the optimization analysis are better and more economical andreasonable.Under the action of each level earthquake,the periodic mode shape,the displacement angle between layers,the lateral stiffness ratio and the shear capacity of a super-limited high-rise structure can meet the requirements of the relevant codes.The structural key members,ordinary members and energy dissipation members can meet the pre-designated seismic performance targets under different earthquake levels,thus demonstrating the safety of the structure.
