With the development of power electronics technology and the continuous improvement of motor energy conservation and control accuracy requirements,AC drive control technology has developed rapidly.AC asynchronous motor is widely used in various fields,and it has become a necessary course for electrical related majors in Colleges and universities.Although the AC speed regulation system has been mature in industry,but the experimental system in Colleges and universities is not perfect enough.In order to make teaching more intuitive and easy to understand,so that students can deeply grasp its principles and practical methods,and better meet the requirements of AC speed regulation system and related courses teaching and scientific research,this paper designs a kind of experiment system based on MS320.F2812 DSP is the experimental platform of AC induction motor closed loop speed regulation system.The paper analyzes the equivalent circuit of asynchronous motor,mechanical characteristics and harmonic influence.The principle of coordinate transformation is given,and the mathematical model of the asynchronous motor in the rotating coordinate system is established,which simplifies the control analysis process of the asynchronous motor.On this basis,the scalar control and field oriented control of asynchronous motor are studied respectively.According to the principle of field oriented control,the separate control of flux linkage and torque of asynchronous motor is realized under rotating coordinates.Furthermore,the directional estimation method of rotor flux linkage is given,and the natural decoupling control under the rotating coordinates of asynchronous motor is realized.In MATLAB,combined with the SVPWM control principle,the field oriented control based on rotor flux estimation is simulated and analyzed.Development of experimental equipment for AC speed regulation system,the hardware and software design are respectively carried out.The hardware circuit design mainly includes a rectifier circuit,an inverter circuit,a detection circuit and a peripheral circuit.The rectifier circuit includes a filter circuit and a protection circuit design.The inverter circuit includes a drive circuit and an isolation circuit.The detection circuit includes a voltage,current,and speed detection circuit design.The peripheral circuit includes a power circuit,a communication circuit,and a button.Circuit design,etc.After the design is completed,the designed hardware circuit is verified by SPWM control experiment and SVPWM control experiment;The software program design uses the code automatic generation function in MATLAB/Simulink,and builds the asynchronous motor field orientation control program by using the module in Target Support Package for TC2/C2000.The interface design of the upper computer system is carried out by LabVIEW,and the motor operation is controlled in the upper computer interface and the experimental results are displayed.Finally,the correctness of the system design is verified by the speed regulation experiment.
