With the rise of urban underground engineering construction,more and more land surface settlement problems in geotechnical environment have been widely concerned.The surface subsidence caused by underground engineering construction will pose a great threat to the safety of surface buildings.If the settlement size exceeds a certain value,it is likely to cause the tilt,cracking and even collapse of the upper buildings,directly threatening the safety of people’s lives and property.Based on the engineering background of guanyinqiao business circle east avenue,engineering geology and hydrogeology conditions in chongqing areas and strict city is close to the building,the surface environment,construction conditions poor stability of underground cavern adverse factors,in-depth analysis of the influence of tunnel construction on city existing buildings,using the numerical simulation is commonly used in geotechnical engineering analysis software Midas/GTS,create the more by urban tunnel construction often simulated calculation of four kinds of existing structures for example,and through the actual construction process of comprehensive analysis of monitoring data,obtained the following conclusions:(1)There is a large gap between this tunnel and metro line 9,which will have no adverse effect on the future tunnel of rail transit line 9;(2)Open-cut tunnel construction is adopted in the tunnel section of the civil defense tunnel.For the structures below,it is actually unloading,that is,unloading the surrounding rock above the original cave chamber,thus redistributing the gravity stress field.From the analysis results,it can be seen that the cavity has small deformation and the surrounding rock stress is small,and there is no plastic zone,which has no adverse effect on the cavity.(3)The tunnel construction of the old cadres of the bureau of prisons and the section of yanghe building-haiyun building was carried out by underground excavation,and the numerical simulation results did not have a significant impact on the building.
