In the construction and design of the tunnel,most of the tunnels are characterized by long and deep burial.With the increase of the number of tunnels in the road and railway,the research on the tunnel and the technology of construction methods have been updated more frequently.In the growth tunnel,there are often other bad geological conditions: rock burst,fault,rich water belt,high ground stress,etc.,which is followed by the construction difficulty and heavy construction organization.Firstly,this article in view of the Zhongtiao mountains tunnel as the background,grew up in order to solve the tunnel through the fault fracture zone and fault rich hose construction technical difficulties,and USES the MIDAS GTS software for F1 and F3 fault fracture zone of two schemes for the construction,around the CRD method and three step method,the deformation and internal force of retaining structure formation,stress,etc as the main object of analysis,some valuable conclusion.When determining the yield criterion of Zhongtiao mountains tunnel and engineering parameters,on the basis of two-dimensional finite element analysis model is established,from the formation of the initial equilibrium state of surrounding rock to the rightness of tunnel excavation is completed,respectively from the surrounding rock deformation,stress,the bolting of variable form,the distribution of stress field Angle has carried out comparative study.Secondly,in view of the F1 fault hose build rich with anchorage circle,MIDAS model of five kinds of working conditions,analysis of the size of the anchor ring for ground deformation and the influence of the supporting structure,analysis shows that grew up in the tunnel of 3 m thick thickness is more economic and safe anchorage circle.Finally,under the theory support of risk analysis,in view of the zhongtiao mountains in tunnel construction,the time limit for a project,the structure of the three aspects of risk analysis,learned that Zhongtiao mountains in tunnel lining structure security on the whole,the general section of surrounding rock of conventional supporting parameters design are able to meet security requirements,but in F1,F3 fault fracture zone,large deformation area and loess area to take corresponding measures,such as to strengthen the support strength and structure to eliminate safety hidden trouble.
