With the construction of subways in major cities,subway stations are affected by surrounding conditions in some cities,shallow-buried excavation is used more and more,however,the cross-section width of the subway station structure is big(in general,not less than 20 meters),all is shallow-buried excavation and large span project,and the surrounding structures are dense,structure force complex,construction difficult,high engineering risk,research techniques of large-span shallow-buried excavation is crucial for subway construction.This paper mainly studies the structure of the three-church station of the Shi Jia Zhuang subway line 3—the large-span shallow-buried excavation,the subway station is located at the intersection of East Second Ring Road and Tabei Road,underground excavation under beneath the East Second Ring Expressway,buildings and pipelines are dense around the subway station,structure force complex,site construction difficult,high risk,construction would have adverse effects on surrounding buildings,pipelines and the surface,for the above possible problems,targeted research solution and specific measure.After investigating the boundary conditions,define the structural loading,and finite element calculation of the structure with SAP finite element software,through the study of the calculation results,analyze stress characteristics,targeted measures are taken in the process of structural design and construction;Strengthen monitoring measurement of important risk sources such as road surfaces,underground pipelines and surrounding buildings during the construction,real-time analysis of deformation of surrounding structures by monitoring data,minimize the impact on the environment,ensure the safety of the surrounding structures and underground structures during construction.This paper introduces shallow-buried excavation design and construction method statement of the three-church station,provided partial monitoring data during underground excavation,finally made relevant suggestions,it has certain reference to the same type of subway project.
