| A prefabricated slope support structure system based on the characteristics of assembled concrete structure and the advantages of prestressed bolt frame beam slope support structure,was proposed in this paper.In the method of bolt connection,the supporting structure system solved the problems of long construction cycle,high cost and environmental pollution of the traditional slope supporting structure.Thus,the green construction of slope support structure was realized and the ecological condition was protected.Firstly,this paper introduced the research status of slope support engineering at home and abroad,the research background and significance of prefabricated support structure.Secondly,the design scheme of prefabricated supporting structure was put forward,and the overall composition,connection principle,mechanical model and calculation theory of the supporting structure were introduced in detail.Then,taking the actual slope support engineering as the research background,the internal force distribution of the lattice element,the connection of the lattice element and the overall stability of the slope were calculated theoretically.Finally,the numerical simulation was established by using ABAQUS finite element software to analyze the overall stability of the slope and the mechanical properties of the supporting structure.The results showed that prefabricated supporting structure could control the overall deformation of slope soil.The force of the connection node was clear,which could meet the requirements of the connection.The assembled supporting structure had the same stress distribution law as the traditional cast-in-place structure,which showed that the assembled supporting structure could meet the needs of support. |
