Many historical buildings which reflect the art of the architectural modeling,ethnic groups and cultural characteristics of the architectural period had been listed as immovable cultural relics in China.As a kind of historic buiding structure “cultural relics building”had received more and more attention and protection.The security testing and identification of cultural relics building,is one of the important preconditions for its protection,repair and reinforcement.Through the security testing and identification of cultural relics building,the historical evolution,the current usage,the structural performance and the overall deformation parameters of buildings can be mastered,and that can be used as a measured parameters of analyzed and assessed the buildings' safety performance and health status.The security testing and identification also provides a basis for the protection,repair and reinforcement,and it is of great significance to perfect the basic archives of the cultural relics building.This study,based on the national standard “Standard for appraisal of reliabtility of civil buidings”and relies on an exhibition hall project in Yunnan Province,for the exhibition hall whose construction data are missing and need to be changedfor used had been tested and identified of security.The following research method for the safety testing and identificantion of cultural relics building have been proposed.(1)Restore the architectural structure drawing of cultural relics building with three-dimensional mapping technology,and master the current parameters of the cultural relics building.(2)The materials strength,damage and anti-seismic measures of the cultural relics building structures shall be safety tesed and indentified by the methods of non-destructive or micro-damage,as far as possible without damage to the cultural relic structure.(3)A load test is carried on the combination of beam,plate and column,in order to comprehensively determine whether the bearing capacity of structural unit meets the requirements of the existing standard,and to meet the requirements of the museum after the change of use.(4)Reviewing the structural and calculating the seismic of cultural relics building with the PKPM structural design.(5)According to the test and calculation results,component the structure,subunits and identification unit of the cultural heritage building to identify the security rating,finally providing theoretical basis for late repair reinforcement design.
