At present,Zhalaiteqi Banner power grid is a 66 kV power grid with 220 kV Yindeer substation as the main power source. The existing network frame can not meet the existing load needs and the needs of load development and growth. The 66 kV gridstructure is mainly radiation-type and chain grid structure, which can not fully meet the‘N-1’requirements of the grid; Most of the existing substations are single transformer substations, which can not meet the requirements of the main change ‘N-1’.Due to the dispersion of villages and villages, the power load density is low, resulting in a large power supply radius of 10 kV in many places. Some areas still have serious problems with the aging of power supply lines. In order to solve the above problems, continuously improve the quality of water and local residents ’power supply, drive the load growth in the area, better achieve the goal of energy conservation and consumption reduction, save a lot of power loss, therefore, this substation engineering design is carried out.According to the key steps of substation engineering design, the system access scheme is designed and constructed.System relay protection design.Substation site selection.Electrical primary part design.Electrical main wiring design.Carry out short-circuit current calculation, design the main Transformer needed, and select the electrical equipment involved in the project, including: high voltage circuit breakers, isolation switches,Transformers, etc.Electrical secondary part design.Transmission line engineering design, including wires, ground lines, insulation, lightning protection, the project investment budget for the 66 kV substation project in Hedong Town was made to meet the company’s project needs.
