Since 2013,the emission of PM2.5 in North China has been increasing, resulting in more and more serious air pollution in North China. The "Beijing 2013-2017 Clean Air Action Plan Key Task Decomposition" and "Beijing's " 13 th Five-Year Plan " Energy Development Plan" documents all suggest that coal replacement is the main direction of clean air,and rural areas are replacing coal. The main area object. The national “coal to gas” has been carried out since 2013,and the process in 2017 has further accelerated. In China, the consumption of natural gas has always been higher than that of production.Under such a pattern that part of natural gas consumption depends on imports, what kind of benefits can be brought about by “coal to gas” in rural areas? What kind of supply should be used for villages of different sizes? The gas method is more economical. In this paper, through the questionnaire survey method, the first batch of pilot projects in the rural areas of Caiqi Village and Xindian Village in Beijing were conducted, and the differences in gas supply for gas supply enterprises were compared on the basis of field research.Economic Benefits Three villages of different sizes in Daxing District were selected for gas supply comparison of pipeline gas, compressed natural gas and liquefied natural gas,and the optimal gas supply mode was selected. The following conclusions were obtained:(1)After the “coal to gas” in Caijing Village and Xindian Village, the pollutants were all reduced to different extents, and the environmental benefits were obvious. The villagers' satisfaction was 85% and 82% respectively. The heating cost of Caijing Village increased by 75.6%.In the village,58% of the households had heating temperatures of 12~16 °C;Xindian Village's heating costs increased by 26.2%,and 49% of the households had heating temperatures of 14~17 °C.Overall economics and thermal comfort are poor.(2)The main factors affecting the gas consumption of the villagers are: the number of families, the insulation performance of the villagers' houses and the annual income of the family. Before the “coal to gas” in the countryside, the government should insulate the villagers' houses. After the “coal to gas”,they should consider increasing the annual income of the villagers or strengthening the subsidies.Under the premise of improving the utilization rate of natural gas,the residents should use the gas stability.(3)Carry out “coal to gas” in rural areas. If the local pipeline is relatively mature, first consider the use of pipeline gas supply, and secondly consider compressed natural gas supply. In the case of small villages and immature pipelines, consider using compressed natural gas to supply gas to smaller villages.Under normal circumstances,LNG gas supply will not be selected.(4)When the indoor heating temperature is 16 °C,20 °C and 24 °C,the gas supply of the gas supply enterprises will gradually increase, the project investment income and net present value will gradually increase, and the investment recovery period will be gradually shortened. The increase in corporate income can ensure that the villagers are comfortable in winter heating. However, the increase in heating expenses for villagers requires government support.
