The digital aeronautical communication system bearer services include a variety of hybrid services such as air traffic management(ATM),aeronautical operational control(AOC)and aeronautical passenger communications(APC).The resource scheduling process realizes the stable transmission of multiple services by rational allocation of resources. However, due to the high-speed movement of the aircraft, frequent changes in the relative position between the aircraft and the ground base station will result in dynamic changes in the spectrum environment of the aircraft.Traditional resources based on static characteristics. The scheduling algorithm is difficult to apply to this scenario and does not guarantee reliable transmission of aviation services. Therefore, this paper combines the project "development and testing of ground-based broadband data link communication system prototype prototype" to solve the problem of how to use the limited spectrum resources to ensure the communication requirements of aviation service ATM and AOC and passenger service APC,and realize the hybrid communication multi-service transmission. The following studies were conducted:(1)For the multi-service transmission of aircraft users who have allocated bandwidth resources, the ATM service transmission cannot guarantee the problem, analyze the characteristics of the ATM,AOC and passenger service APC of the aviation service and establish the service model, and give the queue scheduling in this scenario. The model proposes a queue scheduling algorithm based on residual delay. The algorithm adaptively adjusts the transmission priority of the aeronautical service according to the difference between the allocated bandwidth resources and its requirements and the real-time characteristics of the service,so as to ensure the demand of the aviation service in any scenario;and at the same time, when the bandwidth resources are sufficient, the APC service is satisfied as much as possible.Quality of Service(QoS)requirements to bring a better communication experience to passengers. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively reduce the packet loss rate and delay of the aviation service while satisfying the aviation service demand, and reduce the delay of the passenger service when the bandwidth resources are sufficient.(2)In the multi-aircraft scenario, the aircraft user's preemption of bandwidth resources can not effectively guarantee the ATM service transmission, and the system transmission capacity is low. This paper proposes a resource scheduling algorithm for the scenario of insufficient bandwidth resources and sufficient bandwidth resources. When the bandwidth resource is insufficient, the proposed algorithm can combine the bandwidth resource scheduling situation of the previous time period with the channel quality of the current aircraft user, give priority ranking of all aircraft user scheduling, and combine the foregoing queue scheduling algorithm to ensure aviation service. When the bandwidth resources are sufficient, considering the waiting time of the aircraft user service and the service rate of different channels,a maximum utility function scheduling algorithm based on guaranteed throughput and delay is proposed. The simulation results show that the proposed two algorithms meet the requirements of aviation service in their corresponding scenarios, and under the premise of ensuring fairness among users, the system capacity is effectively improved and the waiting time of the service is reduced.
