Bridge cranes are widely used in ferrous metallurgy,energy power,petrochemical,road and bridge construction,transportation logistics,etc.As the key component of the lifting mechanism of bridge crane,the reducer provides an important guarantee for the stability and reliability of lifting operation.In this paper,the reduction gearbox of bridge crane lifting mechanism is taken as the research object.Considering the influence of the axis deviation error caused by the assembly process of the key parts in the gearbox,and the temperature effects in the working process of the gear pairs,the meshing stiffness,transmission error and contact stress of the helical gear pair,and the stress-strain of the housing of gearbox is studied.The feasibility of the simulation method is verified by test further.The research work in this paper has important theoretical significance and engineering value for improving the static and dynamic characteristics of the reduction gearbox of bridge crane.The main research work of the paper is as follows:(1)The paper started with tooth surface equation and set up the mathematical model of the meshing simulation analysis of the gear pair,which is based on geometric theory analysis method.The contact of gear pair tooth surface is analyzed by the matlab program,and the influence of axis deviation error on gear pair tooth contact state and transmission error is studied.(2)Considering the influence of steady-state temperature of the reduction gearbox,the static contact finite element model of gear pair is established.The contact state and contact stress distribution of gear pair under different axis deviation errors are compared and analyzed,and the time-varying meshing stiffness of gear pair is calculated.At the same time,the static finite element analysis of the gearbox is carried out to obtain its comprehensive deformation and equivalent stress.(3)The mechanical system of the reduction gearbox was divided into two parts: the transmission system and the structural system.Based on the lumped parameter analysis method,the dynamic meshing forces of helical gear pairs at the transmission system are calculated.The dynamic meshing forces are used as the internal excitation of the gearbox structural system,and the vibration response of the housing of gearbox is simulated and predicted by the finite element modal superposition method.(4)In order to verify the feasibility and accuracy of the simulation analysis method for static and dynamic characteristics of reduction gearbox,strain and vibration tests are carried out on the reducer under rated operating conditions by means of the comprehensive performance test bench of bridge crane reducer.The dynamic stress and vibration acceleration response of the gearbox are obtained,which are in good agreement with the simulation results.
