With the rapid development of construction industry and the surge in building function complexity and construction scale in China,the traditional manual 2D survey and design quality inspection mode has problems in terms of the inaccurate inspection results,low level of informatization and complicated working processes.To meet the current complex architectural design requirements and industry needs in the big data era,the automatic,intelligent and information-based inspection mode has become a hot research topic with the development of examination and approval system reform in China.As an emerging technology,building information modeling(BIM)brings corresponding opportunities and challenges in transformation of the architectural design quality inspection mode.Using the information integration technology of BIM technology,the architectural design specification standard is the main research object of information translation.How to translate the Chinese architectural design specification into code commands that can be recognized and executed computationally is the key point to realize the transformation of the automated BIM architectural design quality inspection mode.Based on the review and analysis of relevant research results domestically and overseas,this thesis explores automatic inspection method of architectural design quality based on BIM technology,BIM model as inspection medium and IFC data exchange standard as information interaction criterion.By analyzing the information characteristics and inherent logic in normative provisions in China,with the BIM information translation technology research as a starting point,the BIM technology-based information design method of building design specification is proposed through simulation experiments.The first chapter clarifies the shortcomings and problems of the current research through the analysis of relevant domestic and foreign literatures and practical case applications.This chapter explains the research background,purposes and significance of this paper,clarifies the research scope and content of BIM technology,architectural design quality inspection technology and translation of building specifications,and finally determines the research method.The second chapter systematically summarizes the relevant theories of BIM technology and IFC standard,reviews the BIM technology in the construction industry to understand the application of BIM technology and to provide theoretical basis for this thesis.The third chapter firstly summarizes the basic definitions,inspection methods and contents related to the quality inspection of architectural design.Through the analysis of the application and effect factors of BIM technology in the quality inspection of architectural design,a working process for BIM technology-based quality inspection of architectural design was proposed,and details on each links in the process were discussed.The fourth chapter is the core research content of this thesis.Through organizing the architectural design norm system in China and summarizing the logical classification methods for information and BIM specification translation technology according to normative provisions,the BIM platform rule database is sorted and classified according to different logics.This chapter was summarized normative information translation methods and related rule parameter setting for different logic types,and finally proposed the principles and methods for BIM building specification translation.The fifth chapter applies the normative translation method proposed in this thesis and demonstrates that the method is feasible and effective.This chapter also was analyzed the problems and shortcomings of the method in practical application,and assisted the improvement and optimization of the research.The sixth chapter focuses on the research work of theoretical research and case application,was summarized the research results and the shortcomings of this thesis,and finally expounded the prospect of the follow-up research work.
