Research On Planning And Management And Control About Style And Feature Of Historical And Cultural Characteristic Town

In the background of promoting new urbanization,cultivating characteristic towns,and more and more attention paid to characteristics of style and feature,planning and protection of style and feature is taken as the starting point in the research,and "historical and cultural characteristic towns" is selected as research target.Based on theoretical review?the status quo and influencing factors of the characteristic towns and the conventional style and feature planning system,Shaxi town named a national-level town in Dali Prefecture in the northwestern of Yunnan Province is taken as a case study.Based on the research of the current social features and material features of Shaxi Ancient Town,aimed to protect integrity,authenticity and classification protection,the plan is divided into three stages of master plan?regulatory plan and site plan,and style and feature control method is studied from the two perspectives of administrative management and control and public participation.The research shows that the lack of features of historical and cultural characteristic town is closely related to industrial imbalance,cultural aphasia,architecture in the main position in longterm.And the particularity of the planning lies in: the space category includes towns and villages,cultural catalysts are oriented in the planning and it focus on residential buildings and public buildings.And in Shaxi town,suggestions for the protection of the style of Shaxi Ancient Town in Dali include: the planning and control of the macro level should be divided into different stages;the planning and control of the middle level should be handled by the division;the planning and control of the micro level should be classified to prodect the features.
