With the rapid development of global economy,the contradiction between environmental pollution and economic growth is increasingly intensified.Due to its advantages of environmental protection and low energy consumption,pure electric vehicles have gradually attracted extensive attention in the world.I have been in charge of bus operation management and technical support for many years.In recent years,both domestic and foreign countries have actively supported the development of pure electric vehicles,and major automobile manufacturers have also actively participated in the manufacturing wave of pure electric vehicles.With the update and configuration of vehicles,we have deeply felt the charging problem of electric vehicles: the difficulties and difficulties in the infrastructure construction of electric vehicle charging.At present,buses are a main direction of development of pure electric vehicles.Because of the characteristics of fixed bus line,unified management and low speed,it has become a good platform for the popularization of pure electric vehicles.On the one hand,because the bus line is fixed,so that the mileage of the bus can be controlled in the battery range.The bus can be managed in a unified manner,and the vehicle can be centrally charged at night.This can also solve the problem of pure electric vehicle cruising range and inconvenient charging.On the other hand,because the speed of the bus is not high,the performance of the battery can meet the demand for its power.At the same time,as public transport enterprises are mainly state-owned enterprises,they have priority demonstrations for integrating social resources,which can be a model for the promotion of pure electric vehicles in the future.Since the construction of the charging station involves many internal and complicated processes,the external long and complicated approval process and external uncontrollable factors,we need to study and optimize the process management of the charging pile construction,so as to overcome the difficulties brought by the external environment.Therefore,it is hoped that this study will further study the methods and methods based on the construction process of charging stations in Guangzhou public transport enterprises,and form a set of effective theory to provide reference for the construction and promotion of charging pile construction.Based on the "TOC Constraint Theory",this paper aims to comprehensively optimize the construction process of Y bus company's charging station,and studies the classic literature of TOC constraint theory in foreign countries,and compares the current status of domestic charging station construction management.The status quo and operatingenvironment of the charging station are analyzed.It is found that the construction of the charging station involves many internal and complicated processes,and the management process of the external long and complicated approval process and external uncontrollable factors.At the end of the article,based on the TOC constraint theory,the conflict analysis and optimization strategy of the construction of the charging station of Y bus company is given.
