Pre-stressed segmental assembled concrete piers have the advantages of convenient construction,less environmental requirements and strong self-resetting ability,and have received high attention in the construction of bridges at home and abroad.However,some European and American countries have begun to apply prefabricated segment assembly technology to the construction of bridge substructure,and the development of this area is still in a lagging stage in our country.In order to conform to the development trend of the times,prefabricated segment assembly technology will become the mainstream of urbanization construction in China.However,due to the instability of seismic performance and poor durability of segment assembly piers,this technology can only be implemented in local areas.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and engineering significance to study the mechanical properties of pre-stressed segment assembled concrete bridge piers.This paper mainly analyses the mechanical properties of segmental assembled concrete piers under the influence of pre-stressed axial compression ratio,pre-stressed reinforcement ratio and different joint structures.Based on the finite element software ABAQUS,the load-displacement curves of pre-stressed segment assembled concrete piers under different joint structures are studied and discussed.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The methods of establishing the overall cast-in-place concrete pier model and the pre-stressed segment assembling pier model using ABAQUS is introduced in detail.Referring to the pier and column in the previous experiment,the overall cast-in-place concrete pier model is established,and the simulation results and test results are finally obtained.It is found that the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results,which proves the correctness of the modeling method.(2)By changing the pre-stressed axial compression ratio and pre-stressing reinforcement ratio,eight different dry joint pre-stressed segment assembling piers were designed.The corresponding dry joint pre-stressed segment assembled pier model was established by ABAQUS software.The static analysis of the eight models was carried out to obtain the load-displacement curve.The influence of the above parameters on thestatic mechanical properties of the pre-stressed joints of the dry joints was studied.The simulation results were compared with the experimental results.(3)By changing the pre-stressed axial compression ratio and the curing ages of concrete at the joints,12 kinds of wet joint pre-stressed joints were designed.The ABAQUS software was used to establish the corresponding wet joint pre-stressed joint model.The static analysis of 12 models was carried out to obtain the load-displacement curve.The influence of the above parameters on the static mechanical properties of the pre-stressed joints of wet joints was studied.The simulation results were compared with the experimental results.
