Dispatching Operation Practice By Distribution Automation Technology

During the past forty years,the city construction in China develops very quickly.With the development of national economy,power distribution network in our city also makes a great progress.In the meantime,as a synonym of smart technology's low efficiency and high efficiency,distribution network automation technology is also popularized in our country,which brings great opportunities and challenges for China's distribution network.At the same time,the demand of power supply quality and reliability is higher and higher.In the traditional mode of distribution network,the dispatching mode has become too difficult.Therefore,we need to study a new scheduling operation management practice to adapt to the new situation of distribution network development.Distribution network scheduling operation should make full use of the technical advantages of distribution network automation.The distribution network is managed by smart technology to ensure stable power supply quality and efficient distribution network fault processing.This paper first summarizes the basic situation of Jieyang city ' s distribution network.It also analyzes the deficiencies in the development of distribution network automation in Jieyang city,illustrates the shortage of dispatching operation efficiency in the traditional dispatching mode and reveals the needs to innovate the use of distribution network automation technology.Then the basic principle of distribution network automation system is introduced,including the structure and function of distribution network system and the application principle of fault processing based on fault indicator feeder automation.At the same time,the paper introduces the E8000 distribution network automation system in Jieyang city.The application function in the operation of distribution network is studied,including distribution network terminal equipment status monitoring,fault monitoring and application of scheduling operation in fault handling.What ' s more,it puts forward the corresponding project example to carry on the corroboration.This paper compares and analyzes the outstanding achievements in improving the reliability of distribution network.Finally,in order to improve thedistribution network automation scheduling management,the article reveals various practical problems,such as the low rate of the network automation technology in the scheduling process of the terminal online and the low accuracy of automatic action.The automatic dispatching management of distribution network can be improved by standardizing the three working processes of network automation terminal grid-connection process,network automation equipment operation and maintenance management,and network automation terminal protection action statistics and analysis management.
