Wind wheel lock is the key to ensure the safety of crew and maintenance personnel while maintaining the wind wheel and transmission chain.In order to solve the problems of repetitive design,long design cycle and unstable design quality existing in the traditional design methods,a parametric design system of hydraulic wind wheel lock is developed by adopting modern design methods and taking it as the research object,which integrates with design calculation,verification and modeling.Workbench was used to analyze the sealing performance of the wind wheel lock seals so as to verify their sealing performance and optimize theirs structure.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the engineering application of wind wheel lock and the development trend of wind turbine,the structure scheme of a compact hydraulic wind wheel lock is proposed,which is embedded in the lock pin.The key parts of the scheme are designed in detail,and a set of formulas for designing and checking the wind wheel locks are summarized.Workbench verified the locks strength and self-locking performance,including free return under given pressure.(2)Based on Visual Studio 2010 development environment,the parametric design system of hydraulic wind wheel lock is developed by using C# language,including system scheme and interactive interface design,calculation for the key parts design and the program written check,and parametric modeling and automatic assembly function of each part of wind wheel lock are realized.(3)The Mooney-Rivlin is used as the constitutive model of the hydraulic wind wheel lock sealing material,and the two-dimensional axisymmetric model of the sealing structure is applied by Workbench.The correctness of the model is verified by Karaszkiewicz formula.(4)The effects of different factors on the sealing performance were studied.The results show that when the hardness of O-ring is 85,the pre-compression ratio is 10%-20%,and the working oil pressure is 0-35 MPa,which can meet the sealing requirements of the wind wheel lock.Under the same conditions,the contact pressure and Von Mises stress decrease with the increase of temperature,and the sealing conditions can be satisfied with the survival environment of the wind wheel lock between-45 ~50 The Von Mises stress decreases first and then increases with the increase of von Mises stress,and the effect is best at 1.5 mm.On this basis,the response surface methodology is used to optimize the sealing structure,reaching the optimal sealing structure,which improves the service life of the sealing ring.
