At present,China's labor shortage,labor costs continue to rise,SMEs face severe challenges,the need for industrial upgrading,the search for low-cost mechanical manufacturing automation production programs,and enhance industry competitiveness has become an urgent need of the current enterprise,which is aimed at product characteristics.Specially designed non-standard automation equipment is increasingly popular with enterprises.The piston lining ring is an important part of the piston ring.It is the core component of various internal engines of power machinery and plays a vital role.This topic comes from a company in Guangzhou,which mainly produces piston rings,but the shearing work of the piston lining ring is still done by hand.The work efficiency of workers' shearing is low,the quality is not guaranteed,and it can not meet the production needs of the company.It is necessary to design a mechanical automation device to replace the manual cutting link to ensure the shear efficiency and quality of the piston liner.According to the manufacturing process of piston liner ring,combined with its structural characteristics,the traditional shearing process is improved,and the automatic equipment for cutting the piston liner ring is designed.The main research contents are as follows:1.Introduce and analyze the research background and significance of the automatic shearing device.Combine with many references at home and abroad,and formulate a set of non-standard automatic cutting device for the manufacturing process and structural characteristics of the piston liner ring,clear the process requirements and processing quality requirements.The design includes the mechanical structure design and control system design of the device.2.According to the overall scheme of the automatic cutting device,the modular design of the mechanical structure of the device is divided into a linear module of the automatic feeding part and a rotating module for shearing,and the components of each module are selected.Design,precision design of the main components,using the relevant software toolsto draw the parts and 3D drawings,and complete the organization of the entire device.3.According to the process flow of the automatic cutting device,the PLC technology is used to analyze the functions of feeding,positioning and shearing of the cutting device.The design of the whole machine control system is selected from software and hardware,including PLC.I/O assignment,parameter configuration,PLC programming and touch screen design.4.The in-depth study on the shear control system is carried out.The improvement scheme of PLC PID control is proposed for the cutting positioning accuracy of piston liner ring,and the corresponding mathematical model is established.Using MATLAB to tune the parameters of the PID,and provide a method for the realization of the PID algorithm.5.Using Solidworks software to perform motion simulation on the relevant structural modules of the automatic shearing device in the environment of the assembly to ensure the feasibility of the structural scheme.The PID control simulation of the shearing system is carried out by using MATLAB.The simulation results show that the system scheme is feasible.
